    Description
    An employer is looking for a Global Account Team Leader to support their clients in their Food Business Unit.

    This individual will be a key member of the commercial leadership team and will work alongside management to set strategy and develop the account plan for their largest account end users.

    This person will work closely with marketing, horizontal platform resources, new product development, customer service, and technical support to ensure long term partnerships and profitable growth.

    Develop the Account Plan with the account team, including strategy, sales execution, support, as well as product development priorities.

    MBA
    Microsoft Dynamics experience
    Bachelors degree in business management, Engineering, or similar degree
    5+ years of B2B sales, sales support, or strategic account management
    Prior experience in the food processing industry
    Proven leadership skills to direct multiple teams to a common goal
    Experience working with C-suite leadership to advance strategic business goals
    Experience and comfortable being plant floor to boardroom
    Ability to travel up to 50% of their time both domestically and internationally
