    Job Responsibilities

    • Hold team members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
    • Make decisions in partnership with store leadership.
    • Monitor and achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
    • Project annual sales and expenses and prepare operating budget.
    • Manage ordering and inventory to achieve profit margin targets.
    • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with leadership.
    • Establish and maintain positive vendor relationships.
    • Sustain awareness of competitors and industry trends.
    • Set and achieve high standards of retail execution.
    • Foster a positive environment of teamwork and exceptional morale.
    • Maintain awareness of customer needs and direct team members accordingly.
    • Select, train, develop, mentor, and motivate team members.
    • Ensure team member safety and security.
    • Provide thorough performance evaluations.
    • Communicate and model company vision and goals.

    Job Skills

    • Sustain awareness of competitors and industry trends.
    • Advanced knowledge of products, buying, pricing, and merchandising.
    • Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and prioritization.
    • Food safety certification.
    • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and customer relationship skills.
    • Capable of teaching others effectively.
    • Proficient product knowledge.
    • Advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies.
    • Strong mathematical skills for financial assessment and inventory management.
    • Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations applications.

    Experience

    • 24+ months retail experience including 12+ months of leadership experience

    Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
    • Standing/walking 6-8 hours per day.
    • Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
    • Motions include bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
    • Exposure to approved cleaning chemicals and temperatures.
    • Ability to work in various environments and handle equipment.
