Your role

Our employees take on diverse and responsible tasks in the field of warehouse logistics from the very beginning and ensure a smooth processing of orders. You can also expect an attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement of IG Metall.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Control and monitoring of personnel deployment and work processes
  • Professional leadership of subordinate employees and trainees
  • Operational activities in the respective area of responsibility
  • Support in shift planning, assignment of employees
  • Ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and instructions

Qualifications you should bring

  • Ideally completed vocational training as a specialist for warehouse logistics (m/f/d), warehouse specialist (m/f/d) or alternatively relevant and several years of experience in the logistics sector
  • Possession of a forklift license, ideally with corresponding driving experience
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Independence, teamwork, resilience and willingness to perform
  • Organizational talent
  • Motivation, reliability, careful work and communication skills
  • German language skills in spoken and written
