Your tasks

  • Leading the production employees in the production area
  • Responsibility for the smooth running of production processes
  • Monitoring the quality of production in the production area
  • Monitoring maintenance and care of machines
  • Co-responsibility for the continuous optimization of operational processes

Your profile

  • Completed training in a technical field
  • Knowledge in the field of plastic processing desirable
  • Assertiveness and experience in leading employees
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Proficient in using PC and common MS Office applications
  • High willingness to further education
  • Analytical, independent work style and teamwork
