    The Opportunity

    As Manager of Pricing Analytics at HSN, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our pricing strategies and ensuring competitive positioning in the market.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to interpret market trends.

    Reporting to the Director of BA & Pricing Strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing models, analyze data, and provide insights that drive informed business decisions that drive profitability.

    Your Impact
    Act as the subject-matter expert on pricing analytics, providing analysis and predictive financial modeling to support key business decisions

    Partner with the business to define, assess, and execute merchandising and promotional strategies leveraging a broad view of financial implications, historical facts and thoughtful analysis.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including merchandising, planning, and programming) to drive business performance and support financial plans
    Perform ongoing analysis on trends, business metrics and profitability.
    Respond to ad hoc requests from senior leadership, providing timely and accurate financial analysis to support business decisions
    Develop and maintain reliable financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis to aid business partners in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
    Lead development of comprehensive financial implications of Merchandising Strategies (Pricing Strategies, Clearance approach, Programming Initiatives). Partner with others in BP&A to ensure development of full P&L impacts and Cash Flow analysis
    What You Bring
    Undergraduate degree required (Bachelor Degree in Business, Retail/Fashion Merchandising, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent combination of education and experience)

    Experience:
    Minimum of 8+ years of Merchandising and analysis experience
    Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
