- Collaborate closely with designated KAEs, Vertical KAEs & AVPs to recognize, nurture, and pursue both programmatic and transactional prospects.
- Aid in expanding the customer base through identifying opportunities and account planning.
- Ensure compliance, sustain programs, and enhance category reach through proactive account planning. Employ insights tools to guide strategies.
- Utilize reports and analytics to pinpoint the most suitable targets to engage with the Key Account selling partner.
- Offer pre-sales support to account team and external clients, which may involve delivering presentations on capabilities, pricing, quotes, product specifications, and implementation assistance.
- Complete bidding processes and formal RFP submissions.
- Provide product comparisons and recommend alternatives based on customer needs.
- Act as the secondary sales agent to the KAE, concentrating on breakroom opportunities.
- Enhance sales skills by qualifying prospects, strategizing, employing sales call tactics, closing deals, and maintaining service standards.
- Proven self-starter with enthusiasm and drive to uncover, develop, and secure sales independently with minimal supervision.
- Aptitude to promote company values and services, along with program features and advantages, via phone and digital channels.
- Demonstrate effective time management abilities.
- Showcase strong verbal and written communication proficiency.
- Demonstrate robust interpersonal skills to engage across various departments, including with customers.
- Skilled in context-switching: capable of juggling multiple concurrent responsibilities of varying priorities and shifting focus efficiently with minimal loss of productivity or quality.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- 4+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Support.
- 2+ years of experience in Breakroom & Coffee Services and/or Janitorial Supply Industry.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of (desired).
- Project Management skills (desired).
