    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Sr. FSAEs and Sr. Managers to pursue both programmatic and transactional opportunities.
    • Aid in expanding customer base through account planning.
    • Ensure compliance, program maintenance, and category penetration through proactive planning.
    • Leverage reporting and analytics to identify potential targets.
    • Offer pre-sales support, including presentations, pricing, product specifications, and implementation assistance.
    • Prepare bid and RFP submissions, provide product comparisons, and offer alternatives based on customer needs.
    • Support Sr. FSAE as the secondary seller.
    • Enhance selling skills, understanding of facilities processes, and proficiency in specific programs.
    • Engage with vendor partners for selling support and product information.
    • Participate in relevant training courses and seminars.

    Qualifications:

    • Keenness to learn sales strategies for the facilities category.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and diverse personalities.
    • Self-driven with the initiative to uncover and close sales independently.
    • Effective communication skills and time management abilities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for seamless interaction across departments and with customers.
    • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Secondary education or relevant vocational training.
    • Minimum of 4 years in sales or sales support.
    • At least 2 years of experience in facilities, particularly in the Coffee Service sector.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge and skills in project management.
