    Job DescriptionJob Description

    We are seeking a Site Supervisor to become a part of our team You will help to plan and facilitate all construction activities and transactions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation
    • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
    • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
    • fulfill all regular and advanced installation/construction duties, including project layout, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner;
    • Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames;
    • Support estimating team and review and analyze plans, drawings and proposals to create complete bid packages for clients
    • Prepare construction schedules
    • Assist in the creation of RFIs and change orders
    • Create take-offs calculating quantities and calculate labor and materials
    • Maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors and get pricing from subcontractors, vendors and suppliers
    • Maintain excellent relationships with Architects
    • Work seamlessly with internal teams including Estimating, Project Management and Finance
    • Maintain logs of all project documents and files
    • Additional responsibilities as required

    Qualifications:

    • 5 Years experience in construction site supervision (REQUIRED)
    • Associates or Bachelors Degree, preferably in construction technology, engineering or project management
    • OSHA 30 Certified
    • Additional Construction related certifications are a plus
    • Experience working with large public and municipal projects
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Punctuality is a MUST
