    Job Summary

    Equinox is in search of a dynamic and energetic Corporate Account Executive for our cutting-edge facility in San Francisco.

    As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for surpassing sales targets, expanding our corporate clientele by nurturing existing partnerships, establishing new connections, and consistently seeking new business opportunities. Account Executives strategize in advance for each quarter, working closely with clients and colleagues to organize wellness programs, events, and communications to enhance the corporate member base and support the health and wellness goals of our clients. AEs should possess and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all club services, programs, and products. Remaining abreast of corporate wellness trends is crucial to effectively leverage Equinox's offerings. Above all, Account Executives must excel at building relationships, maintaining organization, working effectively in teams, and cultivating long-term connections with potential and current clients to continue driving corporate growth.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets
    • Manage and administer accounts
    • Acquire new accounts and negotiate contracts
    • Develop an annual wellness calendar, including events and communication with corporate partners
    • Support and create marketing strategies to generate leads on a national scale
    • Network and nurture relationships with diverse contacts within corporate accounts, including HR, Department leaders, C-Level executives, and internal influencers, to strengthen partnerships and increase business opportunities
    • Prospect for new business and clients, including both existing and potential members
    • Lead corporate sales strategies at the club level and engage in daily goal-setting with the General Manager
    • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to membership advisors in our corporate sales process
    • Organize multiple corporate events and workshops per club to generate leads within and outside the club

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in sales based on value is preferred
    • A motivated, positive, and entrepreneurial individual with leadership qualities
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • Proven track record of leadership
    • Personal enthusiasm for health and fitness
    • Enjoyment of working collaboratively in a team environment
    • Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and consistent habits
    • Previous exposure to performance evaluation based on quantitative metrics
    • Experience with E-CRM systems is a plus
    • Background in Portfolio Management is desirable
    • Compensation transparency: Salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 per annum with potential for commissions and bonuses
