- Welcome guests, clients, or vendors, ensuring a positive experience and directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments
- Monitor and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ordering and restocking as required for daily operations
- Maintain kitchens, stock supplies, ensures cleanliness of space and appliances
- Assists with mail operations, incoming and outgoing mail, processing shipment requests for UPS or FedEx and acceptance of packages
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive team
- Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Provide other administrative support as required to support the teams' priorities and activities including coordinating with IT, Facilities and HR functions
- Additional functions may be assigned as deemed appropriate
- HR background a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and cooperate with all levels of staff
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- 1-3 years of administrative experience in an office environment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- US export control laws require "U.S. persons" including U.S. citizens (born or naturalized), lawful permanent residents, and certain categories of refugees, and asylees
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing Operations Team, This position will primarily provide assistance to the Operations Department with conference and meeting set-ups and catering orders, as well as reception coverage, stocking, organization and clean-up of kitchens, supply rooms, conference rooms. This role will report to the Senior Executive Assistant.

Pay Range
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, performance bonus, benefits, and equity. The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $75,000 including annual bonus. It's atypical to be hired at the top end of this range for the role, as actual pay is based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience level.
