    We are All Green Building Products East (AGBP East) a distributor of ResystaTM building Products. ResystaTM is sustainable and a unique material used for decking and siding, with the look and feel of wood but not the maintenance of wood. We are looking for an aggressive and self-motivated sales manager to substantially grow sales in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and Ohio. Distributors, Lumber Yards, Dealers, Architectural and Design industry experience and relationships is a must

    Responsibilities are:

    • Proactively develop and maintain superior relationships with key industry contacts including Distributors, Lumber Yards, Architects, Designers, Developers, Specifiers and End Users to develop or increase Sales and demand of ResystaTM products in the assigned territory.
    • Identify relevant projects, key players, and decision makers with the goal of increasing the frequency of ResystaTM products being included in specifications by Architects, Designers, Developers, Specifiers, and End Users during the design phase of projects and tracking specifications through to a completed sale.
    • Travel throughout assigned region to meet with regular and prospective customers including Architects, Designers, Developers, Specifiers, and End Users to maintain an appropriate level of sales activities at all times and continued interest in ResystaTM products.
    • Follow up on leads and estimates and provide accurate reports of closed/won opportunities and dollar values to track the required revenue goals established for the territory.
    • Ability to visit the job site and understand the installation of products and help resolve problems with the help of our technical manager.
    • Participate in key industry organizations, trade shows, and marketing events.
    • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly sales quotas.

    Key Competencies:

    · Excellent oral and written communication

    · Time management skills

    · Knowledge of Hubspot CRM or any other CRM tool is a Must

    · Planning and organization skills

    · Problem solving skills

    · Ability to travel

    · Knowledge of Microsoft Office
