- Develop strategic objectives related to sales and marketing functions.
- Lead a high-performance sales and marketing team, providing direction, guidance, and motivation to achieve targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, to ensure alignment between sales/marketing efforts and clinical operations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including physicians, clinics, and strategic partners.
- Drive product and service awareness through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, competitor's positioning, and customer feedback to optimize strategies and tactics.
- Coordinate with the HR department to assist in the recruitment process where required and train staff.
- Assign sales territories and targets to the sales team.
- Responds and reports directly to the CEO's
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or International Sales Manager.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- C1 Level in English.
