    GENERAL INFOMATION / INFORMACIN GENERAL:

    1. Cooks = on a fryer or grill in the kitchen. Also includes food preparation, kitchen set-up and cleaning / Cocina = en una freidora o parrilla en la cocina. Tambin incluye preparacin de alimentos, montaje de cocina y limpieza.
    2. $18 per hour / $18 por hora

    COOK /DESCRIPCIN DEL TRABAJO DE COCINERO

    Duties:
    1. Prep foodprepare and assemble ingredients for menu items
    2. Cook on a fryer and a grill
    3. Assemble plates
    4. Complete daily kitchen set-up
    5. Complete daily kitchen cleaning
    6. Wash dishes
    7. Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times
    8. Complete other related tasks as needed
    Requirements:
    1. Must be able to cook on a fryer and grill.
    2. Must be capable of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment.
    3. Must be able to demonstrate physical mobility, including standing for an entire work shift.
    4. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
    5. Must understand English well enough to communicate with customers and co-workers.
    6. Must demonstrate a working knowledge of applicable sanitation standards.
    Dependability: Employees are expected to be on time and demonstrate regular attendance.
    Job Performance: Employees are expected to complete duties quickly, efficiently, and safely.
    Conduct: Employees are expected to follow worksite rules and regulations. Employees who violate worksite rules and
    regulations will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

    3. Debe ser capaz de demostrar movilidad fsica, incluyendo estar de pie durante todo un turno de trabajo.
    4. Debe ser capaz de levantar hasta 50 libras segn sea necesario.
    5. Debe entender el ingls lo suficientemente bien como para comunicarse con clientes y compaeros de trabajo.
    6. Debe demostrar un conocimiento prctico de las normas de saneamiento aplicables.
