- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams.
- Design and review the Marketing department's budget.
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies.
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly.
- Supervise customer data entry and update information, as well as database cleaning and maintenance efforts.
- Oversee proper trade show coordination and lead management process.
- Conduct a competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, highlight opportunities and threats, and develop optimization strategies.
- Liaise with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service departments to align with company strategies.
- Execute impactful marketing campaigns and report results.
- Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product, service, idea, or event.
- Proven experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or other senior roles.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and Google Adwords.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, lead, inspire and retain a talented team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions and pivot quickly.
- A degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field is required.
