Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing team.

As a Marketing Director, you will oversee multiple aspects of marketing, including graphic design, team management, and active contribution to marketing campaigns.

You will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.


Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with president to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.

Graphic Design and Branding:


  • Create visually compelling graphics, including digital and print materials, adhering to brand guidelines and utilizing tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and digital editing techniques.
  • Manage the design process from conceptualization to final production, ensuring highquality deliverables that meet brand standards.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency in design elements and messaging across all channel
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
  • Delegate tasks effectively, manage workloads, and ensure team members are aligned with project timelines and goals.
  • Complete quarterly reviews

Campaign Management:


  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as sales and product development, to align campaign messaging and objectives.

Content Creation and Copywriting:


  • Develop engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials, website, social media, and other platforms.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and copywriting.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience 15 years in a senior marketing role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design skills, creative campaigns, and successful marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
