An established regional feed manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of sales consultants in developing on-farm selling and consulting skills throughout the Northeast.

5+ years as a sales manager with a feed company or feed supplier, an understanding of dairy nutrition, strong on-farm skills, excellent coaching skills and the ability to hold people accountable for success.
