- Valid NYS RN license
- Associate's degree in nursing
- 2 years' RN experience with recent acute and/or hospice experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to navigate through several EMR platforms
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills
- Valid driver license in good standing and reliable vehicle

The Community Hospice has a wonderful opportunity for a Weekend Track RN position to work as part of our Hospice Care Team caring for patients and families in the Capital region counties .

SUPPORTED BY A HOSPICE RN SUPERVISOR in the office 8am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday and an OnCall RN Supervisor after hours, so assistance and guidance is only a phone call away

Pay Range:
$ $47.75
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
