In the
Homecare Coordinator role, you will bridge the relationship between our home health aids and clients, schedule home visits, and coordinate client services with warmth and respect.

Homecare Coordinator Requirements & Responsibilities:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience working in a office setting
1+ year of coordination/HHAX experience preferred
Must speak fluent Spanish and English
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Proficiency in learning technical software for scheduling & training
Expert multitasking & time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and be a collaborative partner
Self Driven with the ability to manage projects by establishing objectives and milestones
Superior Customer Service skills
Excellent written & verbal communication
Detail oriented
