    Description

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make an impact and drive results? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as our Federal Government Sales Director.


    As the Federal Government Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing a Business Development and Account Management team, ensuring they are delivering exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth within our existing customer accounts.

    You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our customers are receiving the best possible experience.


    You Can Expect to:
    Lead and develop a team of account managers, providing coaching and mentoring to help them achieve their full potential.
    Develop and implement strategies to expand our footprint within existing customer accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    Exceed sales goals by developing tactical plans, applying effective strategies, providing necessary resources, and tracking progress.
    Manage and assist Business Development team members with sales tactics, identifying buying signals, handling objections, and deal strategies for both existing and new customers in order to increase business and close deals

    Conduct weekly deal reviews with each Account Manager, manage to metrics, and track pipeline activity daily to ensure revenue objectives are met.

    Manage and document employee performance to ensure individual and group excellence.
    Provide ongoing performance and general feedback to direct reports through weekly or biweekly one-on-one meetings
    Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer needs are being met and exceeded.
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within our customer accounts.
    Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    Develop and execute onboarding and training programs for new account managers.
    Drive a culture of customer obsession, ensuring our customers are always top of mind.
