    Manager, Ethicon Professional Education at J&J Family of Companies in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Manager, Ethicon Professional Education W Description Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is currently recruiting for a Manager, Ethicon Professional Education to be primarily located in San Diego, Los Angeles, or San Francisco, but consideration will also be given to applicants in or near other surrounding major metropolitan areas.

    This position will support the Pacific Sales Area for the Ethicon franchise. Johnson & Johnson MedTech is currently $30 billion in Worldwide sales. The business is expected to experience solid growth over the next 5 to 7 years.

    Johnson & Johnson MedTech contains key surgical platforms such as Wound Closure, Orthopedics, Open and Minimally Invasive Stapling, Energy, Biosurgery and Cardiovascular surgical products.

    The Manager, US Ethicon Professional Education is accountable for the education strategy, development and execution of Ethicon professional education, throughout the education continuum for all Ethicon key focus areas.

    These surgical specialties include General Surgery, Bariatric, Colorectal, Gynecology/Urology, CV, Thoracic, Orthopedic, Neuro-Spine, Surgical Oncology, HPB, with products supporting the NeuWave, LINX, Digital Surgery, Endomechanical, Biosurgery, Energy and Wound Closure platforms.

    This should be achieved through strong customer knowledge along with outstanding collaboration and teamwork with other Professional Education Managers as well as Faculty, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Quality, Strategic Accounts and MedTech Education teams.


    The Manager, Professional Education has responsibility for:

    Education Programming, content/curriculum creation and management, Faculty engagement, integration of innovative technologies, administrative, coordination, communication, budget management, and adherence to critical functional processes.

    This individual is responsible for adhering to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements as well as Company Health Care Compliance policies.


    In this role, you will:
    + Lead the execution of Professional Education programs including facilitation, coordination and management of faculty, learners, facilities, logistics and vendors to ensure that programs are conducted efficiently, effectively, and compliantly. + Lead Professional Education projects through application of Customer Insights and Strategic Planning to develop and implement new education offerings to meet business plan requirements.
