- Proficiency in coaching relevant sports and sound knowledge
- Self-motivated individual; capable of independent work and problem-solving
- Situational awareness and ability to take control of any scenario to guarantee player safety
- Positive outlook and adeptness in establishing professional connections
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the entire season duration, approximately 7 weeks)

The Sports Coordinator Multi-Sport plays a pivotal role in enriching the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will establish connections with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring the delivery of instructional components of the i9 Sports Experience. Key responsibilities include active participation in practices and games across various age groups and skill levels within core i9 Sports programs encompassing baseball, basketball, flag football, lacrosse, soccer, and volleyball.
