Administrative Coordinator to support our Education and Civic & Cultural studios.
Administrative Coordinators are trusted partners in matters of proposal generation, project kickoff, contracts, project setup in software, consultant coordination, and team dynamics.

- Perform a variety of administrative duties that support project pursuit and execution,
- Assist with proposals, project kickoffs, contract preparation and project data tracking for team's Project Controllers. Includes use of established database and ongoing coordination with accounting department,
- Prepare and proofread team and projectbased correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and documents,
- Document management including assistance with construction project administration as needed,
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors,
- Plan internal team meetings and inperson client meetings,
- Provide backup to other Administrative Coordinators as needed.
Here's what you'll need:
- 7+ years of relevant administrative and support experience,
- Experience working for various stakeholders in a teambased setting,
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting concepts,
- Professional services or A/E/C firm experience preferred,
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, AIA contract software, Deltek Vantagepoint, and Bluebeam Revu preferred.
