- Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and performance metrics.

- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the project teams.
- Allocate and optimize resources to ensure efficient project execution.

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15+ years of business experience.
- Proven experience as a PMO Manager or Project Controls Manager in the construction or infrastructure focused industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

As the PMO Manager / Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring effective project controls for construction and facilities projects.
