RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with the team to strategize and create meaningful metrics designed to measure progress, impacts, and find opportunities for improvement across the Digital Workplace Portfolio
- Implement a framework that produces Key Portfolio Risk Indicator Metrics, including report formats, reporting technologies, and collaborating with team members to buildout reports/dashboards.
- Establish collection and analysis of results and comprehensive risk metrics to actively support and improve Risk Management decision making.
- Design reporting solutions, including developing and communicating reporting requirements for new risk metrics, that are extendible, provide transparency into the results,
- Ensure timely dissemination of accurate, reliable, and comprehensive reporting.
- Analyze riskrelated metrics/reporting and create commentaries highlighting key risks observed.
- Develop compilation of the data for presentations and communication
- Create Confluence pages to centralize knowledge articles
- Create digital content for large audience consumption
- Create and design training catalogs
- Manage the coordination, assessment, development, maintenance and implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Partner with Enterprise Resiliency Office (ERO) and Digital Workplace on all matters related to resiliency, business continuity and disaster recovery.
- Drive disaster recovery planning and annual exercise
- Drive Business Continuity assessments, plan creation and exercises
- Develop metrics that ensure the emergency management program complies with contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements for emergency preparedness.
- Develop and implement continuous improvements and efficiencies.
- Maintain, monitor, and report on progress of tech exceptions.
- Develop Tech Exceptions oversight documentation to include, but not limited to, procedures, job aids, and new framework.
- Collaborate with exception owners to address any challenges or roadblocks that may hinder exception closure.
- Partner with exception requestor and owner to ensure the sufficiency and effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Educate stakeholders and drive the adoption of new processes associated with the UTEP/Exceptions One Program
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years' experience in reporting or related roles. Able to design Confluence Pages Able to establish learning content for various audiences
- Strong analytical framework and expert knowledge of Sharepoint, Confluence Tableau, Mural, Airtable, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience creating Key Risk Indicator (KRI) or Key Performance Indicator (KPI) development.
- Strong project management skills with experience working on projects involving data processing, advanced analytics.
- Experience in creating new processes or documentation development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of constituencies.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
