As the department head, you will lead a dedicated team of around 60 medical controllers and coding specialists and continuously develop the team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and further developing the medical management system
  • Advising the hospital management on medical strategic issues
  • Supporting and advising managers on coding and revenue assurance
