q4pm project management GmbH is a company within the quattron group, which includes:

  • the project management experts from q4pm,
- the management consultants from quattron management consulting and SNPC,
- the technical consultants and experts from NextRail, ViaCon, and other companies within this group.

We work with our national and international clients using customized teams to successfully achieve their project goals.


To expand our team, we are looking for a dedicated
Project Control and Scheduling Manager (m/f/d) in Dresden, with a large portion of remote work.


Your responsibilities:


  • Develop a schedule based on a defined project structure
  • Monitor and control project timelines
  • Review and adjust resource capacities
  • Lead coordination meetings to ensure commitment to deadlines
  • Ensure accurate project status reporting to all stakeholders
  • Prepare reports
  • Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation measures
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and departments

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in business or engineering
  • Ideally, you have professional experience in a similar position and experience in infrastructure projects
  • You are proficient in common office and project management applications
  • You have excellent German and English skills
  • You are willing to travel for project assignments, potentially internationally
