Essential Job Functions
- Develop and manage comprehensive control systems to prevent or manage noncompliance with legal guidelines and internal policies.
- Regularly assess control systems and enhance them for better efficiency.
- Update and refine procedures and reports to uncover hidden risks or noncompliance
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 2 years technical training in manufacturing process
- 710 years inspection experience with at least five years in the defense industry
- Demonstrated ability to uphold standards and gain cooperation with other departments Attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent organization and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem solver and ability to take initiative.
- Proficiency using Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Pay:
$80, $88,000.00 per year
