    Proven experience (8+ years) as a performance media or marketing manager or a similar role in a dynamic and competitive industry

    Responsibilities


    As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive growth, acquire new customers, and increase revenue.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the brand, creative, analytics, and agency partner teams, to create and manage data-driven campaigns that achieve our business objectives
    Manages the development of global and regional campaigns
    Communicates the strategy, plan and progress, providing performance updates to internal teams and stakeholders
    Drives the launch and optimizes performance marketing campaigns to achieve KPIs
    Manage workflow for cross-departmental projects, including tactical deliverables as it relates to campaigns
    This would include creative assets, landing page development, email and digital assets needed to support activities across the group and to agency partners
    Works with designers and copywriters within brand team to create compelling and creatives that resonate with our target audiences
    Works with Analytics and agency to ensure appropriate tracking is in place
    Works closely with leadership to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback and results
    Supports test and learn activities for the group - plans A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine ad copy, creative, landing pages, audience testing and other targeting to improve campaign performance
    Participates and develops media briefs in conjunction with brand and leadership
    Serves as central point of contact and lead for additional business lines within the company as we grow and scale
    Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights
    Continuously reviews and optimizes campaigns based on performance data, adjusting strategies, targeting, and ad creatives for improved results with internal teams and agency partners
    Collaborates with design teams to enhance landing page and website conversion rates
    Stays up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats
    Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals
    Qualifications

    Rosewood Hotel Group seeks a talented and results drive Performance Marketing Manager to drive best-in-class online engagement for our customers worldwide.


    As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive growth, acquire new customers, and increase revenue.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the brand, creative, analytics, and agency partner teams, to create and manage data-driven campaigns that achieve our business objectives.


    The ideal candidate is a planner, a project manager, relationship driver, is detailed and analytics obsessed and passionate about modern marketing across various digital channels including search, programmatic, digital OOH, social, email and other emerging digital marketing and media technologies.

    This is a full-time, exempt position.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
