***: Join us as the Global Brand Manager for Hawaiian Host chocolates and be part of a team that spreads aloha worldwide through our beloved products. You'll lead brand strategy and execution, collaborating with our dynamic marketing team. Dive into the world of chocolate production, from creation to distribution, and propel our iconic brand to new heights. Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, you'll spearhead branding initiatives including long and short-term strategies, retail store experience, advertising campaigns, and product launches. Recent projects include sku revamps, line extensions, packaging development, and licensed producted for international markets.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Strategic Brand Development:


  • Collaborate with sales and operations to shape the yearly brand strategy, aiming at achieving sales, profit, and brand vitality goals.
  • Allocate resources strategically across the brand landscape to optimize performance, meet financial objectives, and bolster brand value both in the immediate and longterm.
  • Partner with the innovation team to contribute to the ideation and conceptualization phases of the Hawaiian Host product pipeline.

- **Brand Management**:
  • Establish global branding standards and drive international branding endeavors, working closely with the Japan team and Asia general manager.

- **Collaboration**:
  • Partner with the regional sales, retail, and e
  • commerce teams to uphold brand consistency and efficacy across diverse channels.
  • Work closely with the operations and procurement teams to guarantee impeccable execution.

- **Coaching and Development**:
  • Recognize individual strengths, pinpoint performance weaknesses, and identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Mentor and cultivate the professional growth of direct reports, guiding them towards achieving plan objectives through consistent performance feedback and identification of training prospects.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Exemplify adherence to company policies and procedures while consistently upholding high standards in all responsibilities.
  • Fulfill any additional duties or projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to meeting organizational needs.
  • Attendance to events/tradeshows is required for this position. These events/tradeshows may require travel and may be outside of normal business day/hours.
  • Regular attendance is required for the position.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:


  • Must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • At least four (4) years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within consumerpackaged goods (CPG) brand management or luxury gifting.
  • Thorough understanding of brand management, encompassing competitive benchmarking, market research, advertising, and brand development.
  • Proficiency in brand profit and loss (P&L) management and budgeting.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with creative agencies and crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with others.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Possess problemsolving skills, data analysis capability, and critical thinking acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:


  • Extensive experience in global marketing.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for food brands.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising analytics.
