    **Responsibilities**

    + Works closely with the training coordinator to ensure that site compliance training is on track.

    + Responsible for updating and maintaining training records.

    + Provide assistance in the recruiting process (candidate sourcing, conducting phone interviews, coordinating on-site interviews)

    + Assist with coordination of site recruiting activities (registering, sending materials, giveaways, etc.)

    + Process and track progress of candidate background checks and communicate results as appropriate

    + Ensure accuracy and completeness of all new hire paperwork, as well as properly maintaining employment files

    + Assist with orientation and onboarding new hires

    + Responsible for Corporate Human Resources projects as assigned.

    + Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism are maintained when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

    **Qualifications**

    + Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or Business Administration

    + Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus

    + Must possess excellent communication skills

    + Must have a positive attitude

    + Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications

    + Strong attention to detail
