    Qualifications:
    • Pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or Business Administration
    • Previous experience in Human Resources is a plus
    • Must possess excellent communication skills
    • Must have a positive attitude
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
    • Strong attention to detail
    Responsibilities:
    • Works closely with the training coordinator to ensure that site compliance training is on track.
    • Responsible for updating and maintaining training records.
    • Provide assistance in the recruiting process (candidate sourcing, conducting phone interviews, coordinating on-site interviews)
    • Assist with coordination of site recruiting activities (registering, sending materials, giveaways, etc.)
    • Process and track progress of candidate background checks and communicate results as appropriate
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all new hire paperwork, as well as properly maintaining employment files
    • Assist with orientation and onboarding new hires
    • Responsible for Corporate Human Resources projects as assigned.
    • Ensuring confidentiality and professionalism are maintained when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
