- Campaign execution: Build, schedule, and deploy daily email and push notification campaigns to segmented audiences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Segmentation and personalization: Collaborate with Marketing, Membership and Digital teams to identify target audiences, segment lists, and implement personalized messaging strategies to maximize engagement and conversion rates
- HTML and CSS development: Leverage your proficiency in HTML and CSS to code and test custom email modules, templates and campaigns that align with brand guidelines and our email design system
- Quality assurance: Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of campaigns across various devices and platforms to ensure content is pixel-perfect and is optimized for rendering and functionality
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and drive continuous improvement
- Workflow management: Independently manage your workflow, prioritize tasks, and handle a high volume of campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in CRM marketing, including email, push notifications, lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and dynamic content creation
- Strong HTML and CSS skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in campaign execution
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for performance improvement
- Knowledge of email and push notification best practices, trends, and regulations
- Periodic 'on call' weekends will be required
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
- Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
- Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 40 pounds.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.
