The Role:

We are seeking a Growth Strategy Specialist to spearhead our next generation of outbound.

This role sits at the nexus of marketing, sales, and product, dedicated to crafting and executing pioneering outbound growth strategies across existing and frontier markets.


Requirements:


Required Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, and/or Growth Marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of leading outbound campaigns or something similar in a fastpaced GTM organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, highly proficient in spreadsheets, data quality analytics, and communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

Technical Qualifications:


  • Experience with data enrichment platforms (Clearbit, Zoominfo, Clay, etc.), CRMs (Hubspot, sequencing tools (Salesloft, Outreach, LaGrowthMachine, etc.).
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and/or JavaScript for lowcode automation tasks.

Nice to have:


  • Previous experience in presales function or a highgrowth startup.
  • Passionate about blockchain, crypto, and/or web3

Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement innovative outbound strategies to acquire new customers, driving the companies' ARR growth.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to launch multichannel GTM campaigns that generate new leads for our pipeline.
  • Monitor market feedback and metrics to refine outbound processes and strategies.
  • Maintain an enriched CRM for marketing and sales outreach segmentation.

Benefits:

The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 for NYC based applicants. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, and location.
