    The Operations Optimization Director directs the analysis and optimization of the organization's business processes to improve overall organization performance and patient health outcomes.

    Oversees the development of business process related policies and the implementation of organization-wide business process initiatives, leveraging technology and automation as well as process changes.

    This position executes strategic and tactical business process optimization and standardization efforts in both the field and business centers; responsible for supporting growth and profitability targets through optimization efforts.

    Responsibilities


    Establishes processes and tools used to collect and measure relevant data, identify key performance indicators (KPI), and produce a data-driven analysis of critical functions.

    Provides documentation, tools, and training to support the adoption of new business processes, technology and standardization efforts
    Enables business model transformation; responsible for defining the interim and future state process

    Lead optimization impact assessment:

    working with the team in identify problems, gather data, and complete data analysis to determine the magnitude of the issue.

    Drive the implementation of optimized processes and monitor change adoption/ decisions/activities
    Develop and implement workforce optimization and standardization strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall performance of the organization.
    Analyze and identify trends in staffing, scheduling, and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including partners, managers, and department leads, to develop and implement workforce management best practices and processes that align with organizational goals and objectives.

    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of workforce optimization and standardization initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired results.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, internal departments, and external partners.
    Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in workforce optimization and management, as well as changes in healthcare trends

    Qualifications

    Experience facilitating process optimization, technology/automation change, and process change initiatives in a cross-functional setting.
    Experience working in a multi-discipline, matrix structure team fostering collaboration and teamwork.
    Demonstrated track record of strong execution, influence, and ability to drive results.
    Project management experience preferred.
    Understanding of Business Insurance processes and systems.
    Develops a high degree of trust through demonstrated personal integrity, ethics and a commitment to doing the right thing.
    Energizes others to commit to achieving the highest standards.
    Establishes and maintains an environment that encourages everyone to act in the best interest of the company.
    Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of an organization

    Proactive self-starter with confidence and ability to identify new areas for continuous improvement, bring stakeholders together and develop and execute plans that drive positive change.

    Preferred Experience

    Bachelor's Degree required. Advanced degree preferred
    5+ years' experience in Health Services


    Other requirements:
    Travel to Corporate Office
    50% travel between company locations
