Are you a creative mind with a passion for creating unforgettable social experiences? As a lyf Ambassador of Buzz, you will be the driving force behind bringing the brand values and content pillars of lyf to life through exciting social encounters for our guests.

Your role is crucial in building a thriving lyf community through impressive on-site activities and strategic partnerships with local influencers, organizations, and businesses.


As an Ambassador of Buzz, your responsibilities include:

  • Space and event rental: Identify opportunities to use our social spaces for paid events and contribute to the hotel's revenue goals
  • Partnership and community management: Establish strong partnerships with various vendors to offer exclusive benefits to our guests. Keep an eye on social trends to identify relevant collaboration opportunities
  • Events and community engagement: Curate weekly events at the hotel level that align with our brand pillars, as well as quarterly cluster responsibilities to increase brand awareness. Work closely with the lyf operations team to ensure smooth execution of these events. These events serve as a link for Ascott's crosscountry events.
  • Marketing support: Collaborate with regional and corporate marketing teams to implement annual/quarterly marketing strategies. Create compelling content before and after events to increase excitement and participation, especially on social platforms. Stay updated on digital marketing trends to optimize eventrelated communication.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

  • Have a degree with 12 years of experience in event planning or partnership development
  • Preferably have experience in event and project management
