Altamont is looking for a Head of Delivery Room Outpatient Clinic (m/f/d).

We are looking for a Head of Delivery Room Outpatient Clinic (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

#betterneighboring:
In the obstetrics department of Asklepios Clinic Barmbek, we care for approximately 3000 births per year.

We are a level 1 prenatal center and support expectant parents in 8 delivery rooms, 4 labor rooms, 3 admission rooms, and the delivery room outpatient clinic.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Team organization and management of the outpatient clinic's workflow
  • Close interdisciplinary cooperation and communication with the delivery room and post-care areas
  • Organization of birth registration and prenatal diagnostics
  • Initiating process optimizations
  • Processing and coordination of customer inquiries
  • Taking on the professional and administrative care of our obstetric patients

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Team player with a completed training/degree as a nursing specialist or midwife
  • Leadership experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of clinical and outpatient care structures
  • Strong communication skills with persuasiveness and creativity
  • Willingness to steer and actively shape change processes
