    Description

    Our client, an iconic children's fashion brand, is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join their team as an Associate Designer.

    This role will play a crucial part in creating the latest trends and maintaining the brand's unique identity.

    Responsibilities:
    Provide overall design support, including creating tech packs and presentation boards.
    Assist in maintaining the seasonal design catalog, ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date.
    Coordinate and upload sample packages, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
    Provide color and reference samples to support the design process.
    Contribute to the brand's research initiatives, helping to shape the complete landscape of brand development.
    Meet all deadlines in adherence to the seasonal design calendar.
    Undertake special projects as assigned, aligned with the brand's strategic goals.
    Create sketches of cad styles for style development as needed.
    Collaborate closely with the design team to create, update, and prepare technical packs for sampling.
    Track and update the design sample schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met.

    Requirements:
    Previous experience in a similar role within the fashion industry, preferably in children's wear.
    Strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
    Proficient in creating tech packs, presentation boards, and sketches.
    Knowledge of color theory and ability to provide accurate color and reference samples.
    Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and trends.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
    Excellent communication and coordination skills.
    Familiarity with design software and tools is a plus.

    Skills:
    Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design
    1+ years of experience in related field and/or strong internship experience
    Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
    Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
