    Description

    The Associate Designer will work with the Design Manager and Basic Resources Design team on various day-to-day projects for underwear and loungewear. This is an opportunity to work with brands such as Lucky Brand, Life is Good, and other top American lifestyle brands for a variety of retailers

    Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the execution of seasonal lines as well as chase programs
    • Review PP/TOP submits
    • Create artworks for all over patterns, trims and placed graphics
    • Communicate with vendors on development of programs
    • Shop for new ideas and contribute to execution of new programs
    • Assist in tech pack and design revisions
    • Daily communication with overseas teams efficiently for daily production submits
    • Attend sample reviews, and make sure samples are ready for market
    • Prepare Sample to send to corporate partners for approval seasonally
    • Contribute to the designs of Assigned Brands – Maintain color card, design patterns
    • Convert 2D Cads to 3D Browzwear as needed
    • Create trim and artwork pages for tech packs
    • Attend trend seminars and fabric shows
    • Prepare cads to submit for Licensors on Brand websites for approval
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Technical Design, Production, Sales, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • Education in Fashion Design
    • 1+ Years of Design experience
    • Experience in Men's Design or Knitwear Design preferred
    • Strong sense of color and color assorting
    • Adobe Creative Suite and PLM experience
    • Browzwear or other 3D Design experience is a plus
    • Highly collaborative and works well with a team in a fast-paced and high output atmosphere

    Annual salary range: $60,000 - $65,000

    The disclosed salary range is commensurate with experience and does not reflect the total compensation package. Our associates have access to other valuable benefits that our Human Resources team is happy to share with candidates during the interview process.
