    About the Company:

    • A-Plus Care HHC, Inc. is a Licensed Home Care Services Agency that offers care in the home, enabling individuals to age comfortably where they are. We are constantly seeking HHAs/PCAs in various boroughs of New York City.

    Services Provided: HHA/PCA and CDPAP.

    Position Description:

    • Your role will play a crucial part in aiding community members in accessing services to enhance their quality of life. You will assist Long Term Care or Private Pay clients and support their transition to our Agency. Your responsibilities will include visiting specified locations to establish referral sources, with the autonomy to chart your own growth path for the Agency and yourself.
    • Essential to this role are strong telephone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
    • The position involves frequent email correspondence and demands strong follow-up capabilities.
    • You will be tasked with raising awareness about A-Plus Care HHC, Inc. within the community through interactions and delivering service presentations to potential partners and target demographics.
    • This opportunity is ideal for a motivated and disciplined individual who can take initiative.

    Qualifications:

    • Bi-Lingual (Fluent in both reading and writing): Spanish/English proficiency is desired
    • Owns a reliable vehicle and holds a valid driver’s license
    • Prior experience in Home Care or healthcare is preferred
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
    • Excellent follow-up ability
    • Self-motivated
