Develop responsive desktop website that links to download pages for mobile device applications. Formulate compelling case studies from conception to completion of projects. Collect feedback and modify concepts/designs by overseeing usability tests. Design graphics and color schemes for mobile apps to improve end-user experience and accessibility.

Created and pioneered licensing software to streamline sales processes from leads. Designed system that represents in-app booking processes by asking real, quantifiable, and quantitative questions. Devised complete mockup for the mobile application, including functional HiFi prototype. 
● Improved and streamlined user experience by automating information structure. 
● Prevented app uninstallation and bounce rate by determining and implementing gig requirements/pricing solutions. 
● Increased client retention by 35% by creating intuitive editing packages with live preview. 
● Boosted sales by 30% with effective marketing-based copywriting. 
● Incorporated share button to live preview the 'customize editing package' generates up to 60% more leads. 

Volunteer UX/UI Designer – The Film Maker January 2022 – February 2023 
Led user flow activities in creating design frameworks and increasing operational efficiency. Produced detailed cases by utilizing Google-Trained methodology. Devised visual proof of concept with website responsiveness in design process using hand-drawn wireframes.
