Our Customer Outreach Representatives advocate for our clients and act as the voice for our consumers, making the ideal dynamic for any successful firm
We are looking for Customer Outreach Representatives who are eager to learn new skills, love interacting with people, want to support each other's goals, and most importantly, want to provide world-class service to every customer.
Responsibilities As A Customer Outreach Representative Include:
- Work with local community members to explain and promote our wireless program to improve accessibility to telecommunication tools
- Resolve customer questions in regards to the enrollment process and how to navigate the service, ensuring the utmost customer satisfaction
- Show composure, understanding, and be solutionfocused when overcoming difficult objections
- Deliver customer support with accuracy, agility, and transparency
- Exhibit the best speaking skills to communicate with all potential new consumers as a pleasant, levelheaded customer service professional
- Attend meetings and weekly webinars to stay on top of the latest updates and promotions available to customers
- Report directly to the Customer Outreach and Account Management team to establish goals, improve customer satisfaction, and develop new sales skills
- Prior knowledge as a Customer Service Associate, Sales Representative, Client Service Representative, Retail Associate, or other related fields
- High school diploma or GED
- Creative problemsolving abilities
- Ability to build rapport with new customers, upsell products, and meet team sales goals
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
- Ability to adapt to change and pick up new skills quickly
- Massive team player with a drive for success
Pay:
$40, $45,000.00 per year
