    Job Overview - Payroll Specialist/Analyst:
    We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist/Analyst for a temporary position, which may lead to a permanent role depending on performance and business needs. The role involves managing payroll operations and contributing significantly to our People Operations analytics and human resource information systems.

    Compensation: $30-35 per hour.

    Location: New York, NY. The role currently follows a 3 days onsite/2 days remote work schedule.

    Responsibilities as the Payroll Specialist/Analyst:
    • Process full cycle semi-monthly payroll for over 260 employees using ADP payroll system.
    • Research and resolve employee, client, and system issues promptly.
    • Participate actively in the development and documentation of HR and Payroll policies.
    • Drive high client satisfaction through excellent customer service, timely follow-ups, seamless vendor management, and proactive problem-solving.
    • Generate various analytics on Human Resource metrics.
    • Perform periodic audits on internal and external system controls and processes.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying updated with new legislations and enforcing adherence.
    Qualifications for the Payroll Specialist/Analyst:
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience, preferably in family offices, wealth management, or similar settings.
    • Strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred.
    • In-depth knowledge of payroll tax regulations across federal, state, and local levels.
    • Proficient in MS Office, with strong data entry skills and ability to use office equipment effectively.
    • Demonstrated ability to work thoughtfully, collaboratively, and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
