- Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of strategic approach and tactical plans across multiple brands
- Assist in development of digital RFPs and brief vendors
- Create and review plans based on a brief and ensure planned metrics are accurate
- Present media plans and provide plan maintenance including objectives/strategies and updates
- Create and send insertion orders in Prisma and traffic tags
- Own weekly pacing document and present to clients during status
- Develop strong working relationship with partner agencies (where/when applicable), helping create a seamless communications process
- Digital budget management
- Prepare and issue buying specs and guidelines to buyers including delivery goals and budgets for use in negotiations
- Ensure proper execution of digital media plans by monitoring buys/schedules
- Contribute to billing reconciliation process and resolve invoice discrepancies with partners
- 1+ years of experience in digital planning & buying
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Preferable Computer Skills/Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Prisma, Nielsen Suite, R/F and Optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, comScore,
- Basic knowledge of all cross-channel media, with a drive for curiosity and passion for the client's business
- Demonstrate ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently
- Solid written and verbal skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation
- Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job DescriptionOverview:
We are currently looking for a Senior Associate, Digital Strategy and Investment to support the day-to-day Media Planning and buying for our client. This person will assist a team in the development, execution, and stewardship of media plans for client's business and report directly to the Supervisor Digital Investment.
Role Objectives:

Compensation Range: $46,500-$67,500 annually. TThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
