    Description

    **Branch Manager (144th & F)**

    **Department:** Main **Location:** Omaha, NE

    We are hiring a Branch Manager at our Millard location. The primary objective of this role will be to drive and execute the financial health and well-being of our branch and broader community. The most successful person in this role will possess a drive for excellent member service, team development, and operational excellence. We serve over 11,000 members in the Omaha Metro area.

    Looks forward to leading branch staff and managing the day-to-day branch activities.

    Builds and manages relationships internally and with external partners (Consumer Lending, Home Loans, etc).

    Manages and executes end to end talent management processes including branch expansion, hiring, onboarding, proficiency of team; perform performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

    Has a keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure internal audit and procedures are followed by team members.

    Ensure branch resources are aligned to serve the business needs of our members, and make changes necessary to drive a better member experience and productivity.

    Ensures team members are proficient in assisting and educating members on how to conduct simple transactions via ATM, Mobile, and Online banking.

    **Experience & Education:**

    Two to five years of progressive banking or related experience. A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
