    D&HUnited Fueling Solutions, Inc., a fast-growing leader in the petroleum servicesindustry, is looking for an energetic, hardworking experienced Branch Managerto lead a dynamic team in our Omaha location.

    This is an exciting opportunityto make an impact and help propel or business.

    The Branch Manager will be responsible fordaily operations, safety, and customer relations, leading the efforts of branchstaff and responsible for managing Profit & Loss statements and forecastingfor the branch as well as supervising the Warehouse, Fleet, Supplies andmultiple Service Technicians, and ensuring branch personnel provide exceptionalcustomer service, engagement, and utilization for a profitable business center.

    Job Responsibilities


    • Assumeresponsibility for the business operations including staff deployment,warehouse management, revenue reporting and profit and loss for the branch.
    • Motivateworkforce by exercising professionalism driven by the highest ethicalstandards.
    • Providea work environment for employees dedicated to their safety and healthy workconditions.
    • Coach& train employees to achieve maximum productivity, through teambuilding andteamwork.
    • Improvecustomer relationships with both an emphasis in and focus on excellent customerservice.
    • Accountablefor reports and documents regarding Revenue, Inventory, Freight, Labor, andControllable Expenses.
    • Deliverfinancial results (i.e., revenue, margin and return on capital employed,P&L accountability).
    • Develop& initiate strategies to increase market share (new products, existing andnon-existing business).
    • Workclosely with other departments or business units and directly with customers.
    • Supportthe Sales Team in soliciting customers and growing market share.
    • Responsiblefor overseeing all cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
    • Reviewstock material replenishment and stock out purchases to forecast usage andpossible inventory.
    • Reviewopen purchase orders, unbilled deliveries, expedite material, and auditprocurement cards.
    • Initiateand follow continuous change, as well as creating solutions for processdesign/re-design.
    • Overseethe direction of the branch staff to assure effective utilization of personnel,timely and objective performance evaluations, equitable salary structure andidentifiable career paths for qualified interested candidates
    • Meetregularly with staff to communicate objectives and goals, branch operatingstatus and employee input to improve branch performance so that high qualityinformation flows in both directions.

    Education & Experience


    • Highschool diploma or GED required
    • Experiencein recruiting, hiring, and managing performance of field service personnelincluding corrective action and terminations.
    • Troubleshootingskills/logical problem-solving skills
    • Computerskills (Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word).
    Physical Requirements


    • Abilityto lift 50 lbs. when necessary, during the course of performing their necessaryduties
