Job Description: The role involves maintaining the grill's temperature consistently throughout the shift. Our restaurants typically feature an open-kitchen concept with visibility from the dining area. Effective coordination with other team members, including assemblers, expeditors, and all levels of management, through strong communication and teamwork is essential.
