    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years old to handle kitchen equipment
    • 1 year of previous experience in kitchen work, culinary arts, or as a chef is preferred, but not mandatory
    • Familiarity and proficiency with kitchen tools such as knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, and ovens is necessary
    • Ability to work various shifts

    Job Description: The role involves maintaining the grill's temperature consistently throughout the shift. Our restaurants typically feature an open-kitchen concept with visibility from the dining area. Effective coordination with other team members, including assemblers, expeditors, and all levels of management, through strong communication and teamwork is essential. This position involves managing orders for proteins and ensuring the correct food temperatures are met in accordance with company standards, while keeping a clean work area. Compliance with proper sanitation procedures is crucial. Additional responsibilities include opening and closing cleaning duties.
