- Manage end-to-end onboarding process through the HRIS (BambooHR)
- Manage pre-employment tasks such as background checks and drug screening with the utmost discretion
- Serve as the main point of contact during for new hires and managers during the onboarding process
- Remains current on the company's organizational structure, benefits, and federal and state employment laws
- Conduct and track new hire orientations and new employee trainings as needed
- Maintain employee compliance records such as I-9 forms, Visas, and other right to work documentation
- Prepare, distribute, and track onboarding paperwork and tasks through the HRIS (BambooHR)
- Assist with ordering, sending, and tracking new hire equipment
- Assist with international onboarding through local partners and vendors
- Collaborate with various departments for input on onboarding policies and tasks to create seamless new hire experience
- Coordinate offboarding efforts including sending termination/separation letters, and collecting equipment
- Assist with scheduling exit interviews
- Participate in all administrative activities, ensuring that all work processes are maximized for efficiency
- Participate in day-to-day administrative operations of the company
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of understanding of human resource functions
- Proficient with operating a Human Resource Information System
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and other identified company software tools
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Suitable candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum level of education: Associate degree or equivalent
- SHRM-CP/or SHRMSCP, or PHR/SPHR certified preferred
