Description
N2S is seeking an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding and credentialing, specifically working with Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients.
As an integral part of our team, the individual will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding process for healthcare professionals, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining excellent communication with both onshore and offshore partners.

The role will collaborate closely with the Director of Healthcare Staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding and credentialing process for healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
Work closely with Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients to understand their specific onboarding needs and preferences.
Coordinate the collection and verification of candidate credentials, licenses, and certifications, following established protocols and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, credentials, and compliance status in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Communicate regularly with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders to provide updates on onboarding status, address any issues or concerns, and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment, compliance, and operations, to streamline processes, resolve issues, and improve efficiency.Serve as a point of contact for onshore and offshore teams, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor and track onboarding metrics and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.Stay informed about changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practices related to healthcare onboarding and credentialing, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues as appropriate.
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing priorities, deadlines, and client requirements.Uphold the highest standards of organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in all aspects of onboarding and credentialing operations.
Contribute to the overall success and growth of the company by providing exceptional service, supporting team members, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in healthcare onboarding and credentialing, with a focus on working with Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including onshore and offshore stakeholders.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), credentialing software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
