The role will work closely with Sales, Trust, Investments, Operations and Compliance to ensure timely processing from account acceptance to an open and fully funded account, ensuring an exceptional client and advisor experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Review account opening documents including all supporting trust documentation, family tree, list of assets and liabilities (including any real estate or other special assets), etc.
Review checklist to ensure legal, admin, investment and compliance reviews have been completed and properly documentedComplete all required updates in sales system
Prepare required coding and data for entry to the trust system
Coordinate with Financial Advisors to obtain all required account and position cost information
Establish required links/documentation for data feed and online access
Enter account data and coordinate with Operations to establish accounts/relationship on system
Track and coordinate receipt of assets and provide reconciliation
Communicate with Trust officers and Sales team regarding account opening

OR ABILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, individual should have thefollowing skills and abilities:
A good-working knowledge of all types of Fiduciary relationships.
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and aptitude for detail.
Teamwork and leadership orientation.
Ability to easily adapt to changing work environment.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or related work experience.
