Talent Specialist (Full-time/Part-time):
As a Human Resources Talent Specialist at Maharaja Enterprises LLC, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources.
You will work closely with our HR team and play an integral role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives.
This internship offers a great learning experience and the chance to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Help in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events.
Employee Onboarding:
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire documentation and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Training and Development:
Support the development and delivery of employee training programs.
Maintain training records and assist in tracking employee training progress.
HR Administration:
Assist in maintaining and updating HR records and databases.
Handle routine HR-related inquiries from employees and ensure timely responses.
Employee Engagement:
Participate in planning and organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness initiatives.
Compliance and Policies:
Assist in ensuring HR compliance by staying updated on employment laws and regulations.
Contribute to the maintenance and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Special Projects:
Collaborate on HR projects that may arise during the internship, such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, performance management, or HR analytics.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and processing customer orders
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with proofreading documents and ensuring accuracy
- Maintain office supplies and inventory levels
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented and highly organized.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
